It was an Awesome cook up by Mark! I'm not into seafood but I smashed out a bowl! Was great! Saw a few chomping into some for lunch again today in dinner rolls. Smelled awesome.
Was an awesome trip. Been home about an hour. Not many pics here but had a great weekend.we got into a good amount of snow for the kids to play yesterday and there are some epic videos of jumping Taboggins somewhere. I think @Chappy might have them. We had to clear a huge tree yesterday to get into our lunch spot for playing in the snow and this meant virgin snow fir a bit on the other side of the tree. Was a great day.
Half the crew are there another night tonight.
The 5 houses were great along with the communal kitchen and fire pit which works fantastic for our group. Everyone had a great time.
We have booked the same 5 houses again for next year already. Great trip.
Oh....... There may have been a flat bed Tilt Tray towing a trailer that may or may not have taken 2 cars home on behalf of owners. RACV Total Care! Never leave home without it people.
I have no more to say on this but.....
"Your Going home on the Back of a Tow Truck!
Da. Da. Da.da. Da. Da.da. da.da. Da.Da!!"
Fantastic weekend, thanks everyone. @MB I'm still full after that feast! I hope you got everything sorted @AB, can't wait for next year. We had a little hiccup with Andrew on the way home with him running out of juice in the LS1 but apart from that everything went smoothly.

Yeah that little chainy did well on that tree. Btw was the largest tree of the forrest that had to fall across the road.
It was a fantastic weekend. A big thanks to AB for making this happen. The kids had a ball. I never got to sample MB's cook up. Bloody smelt it though and tgst was awesome. I was kinda pre occupied with four rug rats for a few hours. Was fun.
I cant wait until next years event. We will be making it a longer stay next time though.

It was an awesome weekend and a good first trip for my new GQ. It was really good to meet everyone and i'm looking forward to the next one! I managed to run out of fuel on the way home and burn out my fuel pump, but was still driveable so I made it home safe and sound!

Those Stihl Mini Boss are freaking brilliant !! I love mine...
Looks like an enjoyable weekend was had by all. @MB your starting to get a name for these famous cook ups.
Had a look at the calendar and I'm rostered on that weekend. 🤔
Better stop taking A/L and save some.

Good to see the pots and pans from Pentridge being put to good use.
These older style come in sizes up to 9 gallon and reasonably cheap.
They come in cast iron or vitreous enamel, the smaller 1 gall and 2 gall
make great camp ovens too.
[QUOTE=Plasnart;689802]Yeah thats a really wicked pic that hey! Looks like he's stirring up something sinister with the glow coming from inside the cauldron.:devilred:
And a big thanks to Jeremy for giving us the back ground tunes on his guitar while we enjoyed the evenings around the camp fire. That just tops it off!

Bloody hell, I wish i had stayed for that drive. Did you guys do Dingo Tk?
Went up Mt Margaret track - about 4 ks up the Tamboritha rd , then onto Burgoynes tk & came out on the bitumen on top of the hill approx 15 mins before Licola - we wound our way up over it & down the other side on our way up on Friday .
Shorts in the snow. Well done Nick! :first:
Looks like we missed out on a great weekend. Hopefully soon I'll have plenty of free weekends... Thanks for the pics, guys.
Yeh thanks all for the photos, looks like you all had a cracking weekend!!
What are the dates for next years trip? Lol

Looks like you guys had fun on Mt Margaret!
What a fantastic trip with a great bunch of people.
We have booked in for next year too!!!
I had a call from Licola and there were no complaints from the cleaners so kudos to everyone in cleaning up ;)
Bring on next year folks!!!!
Nah you guys were just obviously driving at Landcruiser pace, not your fault though mate as a group is only as fast as its slowest car.
