right one around the corner from work will have a look after work during the week do have to same model or are they one model fits all (sorry about all the questions ben)
X2 - Tony gave me the same advice and I swapped the auto hubs for genuine Nissan - fair enough, I flog my rig more than others, but still, I take comfort in knowing the whole thing is strong rather than simply waiting for the hubs to fault due to being the "weak point" ... I'd rather none of them break at all ... that my furry friend is 'generally' up to the driver (remember that 90% driver comment someone made??!!! lmao).
No knockin the auto locking hubs Scottie, nothing wrong with them, treat them with respect and they will love u back!!!
that last bit was really like a brick of the roof LMAO now i am still doing my patrol owns apprenticship so still learning so back to the question on the hubs are they interchangable ie gq to gu etc etc,,,,,
and yes the 90% let me down last weekend which is why i will enlisting those paintless dent removal guys some time soon lol
That's the problem - I and a lot of others don't - and under stress, they will fail you at some stage (don't forget also, your auto hubs are essentially unlocked in reverse!). Manuals are the way to go for any form of semi extreme work mate - I used to manually lock my autos in with the tyre iron for this very reason even before I swapped them out for manuals.
I'm constantly worried my auto hubs will fail.... Guys at the Patrol club have all told me to get rid of them and get manuals.
