The air is that cold that my temp gauge usually sits just under half, but on the freeway it just made it to 1/4. Thermostat doesn't close completely. Mudski.......

We did make it to -1.5 if that makes you feel better.

Minus 5.4 deg.C in Ballarat this morning. Dunno what it is outside now (9:35am) but the sun is shining & the ground is still crispy white.

Bloody ripper weather today! I've just done a big load of firewood and going back to do another.
When I got home now though the dogs water bowl was still frozen over
