I got a free slab of Pirate Life pale ale a while ago through work. It's $100 a slab at Dan Murphy's so I was pretty pumped and keen as to try it, had really hgih expectations for such an expensive beer.
Absolute filth!! I love a Coopers pale but this was undrinkable. I tried to like it but honestly made me gag every time I tried.
Became a joke at home, I would tell people the story about how I got it and how expensive it was and then say here you can have one. The delight on their face turn into disgust pretty quick was funny as. Took 2 years to finally get rid of the last one.
Anyway @Rossco was over one night and I said here mate try one of these beauties! The weird prick loved it!!

If ever you can find a pub with proper ‘Tiger’ beer draught tap, definitely give that a cold summer Singaporean try. Honestly if lines are clean Tiger is nearly on par with a good clean pint/schooner/pot of Carlton Draught, best in country agreed too [emoji106][emoji106]
