My dog was acting as quality control, hence why his paw is in the shot!

Absolutely Tony...... https://youtu.be/VPIP9KXdmO0 ....:-)
I think I went a bit heavy on the paprika, but the red wine also played a part. Turned out so rich we had a struggle finishing it - super heavy and smokey I suppose. Also, the recipe called for the taggliatelli to be added to the broth, but in hindsight it would have been better with the noodles on the plate and a lump of brew on it.
The QC Manager didn't get past sticking his head into the pot - probably would have given him the trots!
As MB said, we just ordered 7 x 1.5kg succulent roasts today!!!
This is from our local butcher very renowned for quality so we are in for a treat folks!
Weather is not looking too bad either!
Rossco, you're good to go for the pumpkin still?
Amz went up and got the spuds today too!

Which gate shall we open tomorrow afternoon the one with balloons or the one with flags or beware of the wife ?
PM sent Roofy mate, who else have I forgot folks?
If I don't get a PM I'll be camping at ABs I suppose.
Weather should be good folks, slight chance of showers here and there but fingers crossed!
We have a giant tarp we can put up if need be stretching over 2 x 20 foot containers.
We haven't bothered doing that yet but bring some muscle if we get some rain and we'll be fine!
Overnight temps are good so it won't be cold at least!
Jayson, our local Canadian mountain climber which some of you have met tried the venison burger today for our big Sunday cook up and said it was delish so it looks like we are in for a bit of a food festival weekend!
Absolutely pouring here at the moment.
Please Craig don't drag that weather over with you in the old beast trailer slipstream mate!

He is quite the character Krisso and well nominated! Tis truly a shame you can't make this one mate and again take out the lady judges best on show award AB tells of past shindigs, lol :-) https://youtu.be/eXjkH_9Y4Qs
So what was the go for breakfast on Sunday I remember reading something about ham.... Was it BYO everything except ham ?

AB's still got one of our work gift Christmas cryo unopened good till May end 5kg leg hams. 50+ venison snags + 50 + burgers depending on kids Saturday night feed. Sprock just rang and is kindly bringing some local high country eggs down but layers are a bit slow. In summary, definitely bread needed for oneself and maybe some extra chook bum nuts if anyones got spare in the pens :-)
Will chip in some dollars for all the stuff you guys are supplying.
I should be there on Saturday late morning and will have a camper trailer.
No need for any dollars to anyone I'd say Tony mate :-) AB's ham will go off in 4 weeks if uneaten, Amy is filthy dirty from stealing/digging out spuds in the mountains, Rossco is stealing his hippy neighbours eco pumpkins and the rest of the team are going to rob the local bakery for deserts on their way up :-) Oh, and Sprock will do his best to Looney Tune chicken hawke some eggs for us all :-) (Apologies if I forgot anyone elses kind offers forthcoming) !!
@MB please shoot over a pm with address no guarantees, but may be able to pop over on Friday night.

How'd we, and by that I mean me, forget:-( Philstar is showcasing his awesome ovens with some Saturday lunch Pizza 'snacks' and honourably/bravely going to attempt a venison roast, double starter points as AB has already yesterday kindly deemed !
