Get an inspection camera from SCA for $50-$70 and have a look inside the door. That way you might be able to see what is going on. Saved me a lot of mucking around when a ring fell into the air ducting on the dash.

Now that's a brilliant idea!!

Panhard Bushes... it's always the Panhard Bushes... and don't forget to disconnect the Battery for 30 minutes or the MAF will get dirty and stop the oil lubricating the outside of the Intercooler

30 mins is to long. 27.3650 minutes. Might have low headlight fluid as well
