Spent all day yesterday testing the Maxxis tyres and the superior engineering superflex arms, to say the least i am just so impressed. I did the shute in Sundown at a crawl and up she went. Previously this hill was only done by guys with big lifts and big tyres with lockers. I have 285/75r16's and 2" lift and only a factory LSD in the rear...Im still smiling and the guy in the Hilux with a broken front axle is still Dissapointed..............

A solid day today installing a new loom and switchgear to wire up my modded IPF spotties.....now have HID's for the price of some eBay lights and a HID kit.... Love it!
Added a couple of new inline fuses for my rear 12v setup and tidied up some of the other wiring under the bonnet.
Phew...beer time!

Yeah so do I Darren... err well cleaning it that is!!!
I pulled my airbox apart to find it was far from water tight today..
Pinched parts off my donor car and got the silicon out and now it seems to be 98%...just need to find that 2%

running like a swiss clock so not touching nothing, again,
will clean MAF and replace air filter for meet up if I can make it

Your life story trying to find that 2%

Took it for a spin and topped it up.
Clunk is gone still which I'm happy with.
Gotta make new rear light wire protectors as I have got 2 cut wires in 2 weeks.. I'm going to need new light cradle sets soon as I'm running out of wire.. I've ditched the plug and gone hard wired.

NOT HAPPY - just checked the Snorkel and found that it's not air/water tight. I can slide a piece of paper between the pipe from the airbox to where it connects to the guard firewall, looks like the silicon didn't stick. Now I'm wondering how airtight the joins under the guard are.
Had it professionally installed so I'll take it back and see what they have to say, but I'll be taking a look under the guard after I get it back.
On the bright side at least I found it now before I dipped it in the creek on the Cape trip.
