Yes but I did the lights mod to make them all work.
I found that I used the tow plug wiring for the lights and the tow plug has no power.

I'm sorry my mistake , I'll put some better ones up in my build a bit latter, but here's a couple of teasers
All pulled apart

Winch sitting in there with lights inside bullbar so you can see what the drum is doing of a night time

A view from on top looking straight down. I mounted the control box on just above the winch, you can see my 2 little led number plate lights on each end of the bracket I made just above the winch (above each end of the winch)

And finally from the front with some lights on so you can see where the rope going, besides onto the winch

I'll get some of the parkers later.
Cleaned the MAF and changed the air filter, now I'm charging my AUX to see if its still OK .
going away on the weekend and really need the AUX working,
saw the battery guy this morning and he has one ready to put in if I need it.
Also got the radio going again in my camper, don't ask,
@ mego I'd first check fuse then check plug on the back for squashed wires.
Had any work done recently like a new rear bar Ta DA
Late edit;;;; pretty sure my AUX battery is dead, bummer, Problem is I don't drive long enough to give the battery a decent charge
I'll leave the solar panel on it for a while longer and see how it goes,
Trailer/camper battery is 13v plus AUX is 12.75v could be better IMO
Update battery was US so purchased another 115 AH Tojan.
Bloody heavy, cost me $300 with a RRP of $450 so sort of happy.
I'll keep the water kit off the last battery for this one, last one lasted 5 years
Just shite myself ,just finished packing and move the camper and Patrol out the front and noticed fresh engine oil on the ground.
oil all over the front diff and steering damper. what the????
Phew turns out it was just the Catch can, that's the price I pay for not doing visual checks cause I cant bend.
will now get someone to look at it every 3 weeks or so. big relief
3D how is the back going since the op mate ??
recieved my slimline weather shields and marine travel buddy, will fit them tonight :) put my old smaller travel buddy on fb and sold it 5 mins later :) :)
Fitted the new bigger travel buddy but have since moved it onto an angle for easier access.

Packed it up and came home after 2 weeks at Fraser

Painted my sliders and scrub bars and put the treps on ready for tomorrows crawl
Today I bought my new patrol not the prettiest bird in the lot but with some tlc and a few $$ she will be a mint old thing
1989 GQ tb42 carby got it for $1,800 came with a new motor, new rear sliding windows, new king springs.
Down side needs new manifold, new plugs and leads, and some rust spots cut out.
Gave it a bath and changed one of the rear axle seals. I was buried in the wheel arch and a group of teenagers rode by on their push bikes and said "that's an awesome 4bie". Teenagers get a bad rep these days...
Fitted new hinges to the drivers door and what a difference to the feel it has made. I didn't think it would do anything, but now when I open the door, instead of dropping a couple of mm, it just pops open with little effort and no dropping. It feels satisfying. And it just clicks when closing as well. Love it!
washed Victoria from my troll
welded up a bracket to space out the spare tyre and mount a LED light to! came out mint. drilled out one of the bolts to run the wires through so I can take it all back to OEM spec if I need to down the track. Cheering!
Well the last two days I have changed my fuel and air filters, tightened my bullbar bolts and installed my new awning and rear wheel bag. All set for a lovely weekend at Lake Eildon.
Well it wasn't today but on the weekend I fitted a 3" zorst to the troll. Also cleaned out my Dawes valve as I don't have a catch can yet. Now I'm resetting up the needle and Dawes valves.
I bought a nutsert kit today to make under bonnet modifications so much easier and decided its first use would be to assist after I ripped out all the dodgy spotlight wiring that the previous owner had either installed or worse paid for. The switch wire join was just wrapped and taped, no solder.
I made up a little bracket and mounted two relay plugs for the spotlights and horn relays. In the past I've always just used spade terminals on relays but today is the beginning of a new ease of access and replacement era. (and it was a good opportunity to use the nutsert gun)

I'll have a look when I get home. Had a look at a few cheaper kits but decided to go for a better quality one that will handle 6mm steel nutserts
Its Marson brand and cost $145 which includes a selection of M4, M5 and M6 steel nut. I was looking at a cheaper brand for $99 and it was only rated for M6 aluminum nuts and didn't come with any so the extra $46 was well worth it.

looks great mate and thanks for the info on the nutsert set, will look into one as well.
Fitted some LED DRL for shitty weather conditions, just dots on paper but very bright.
Well, wasn't today, but last few days, I fitted a new compact UHF radio, made a custom chassis to fit it into the storage slot hole under the stereo head unit and a bracket to fit the mic without drilling any new holes, came up pretty tidy. I fixed my GQ dash clock for free, and fitted a Narva headlight upgrade kit to replace the original sealed beams. Plus I bought some recovery gear and ordered a battery tray from ARB to install a dual battery kit.
Next will be a wiring loom upgrade for the headlights so I can put in brighter bulbs. I've also got my eye on a roof rack.
Been looking at winches but they're pretty pricey... Anyone got any budget minded options for a while till I can save up some cash? Ebay winches seem cheap, although I can't help wonder if that's for a reason... Or a hand winch for emergencies, any suggestions?
