The ashes are played every 2 years. They alternate home grounds each series they play. The reason they are playing back to back series is because the World Cup in cricket was going to be at the same tine as the planned series of the ashes so they brought it forward as to not interrupt the World Cup
No way we`ll get that many runs, unless we buck our ideas up.

I just don`t think we can bat for long enough. I don`t think many teams can now to be honest,one day and 20/20 seems to produce impatience and rash shots. That is not what we need, we need to dig in and somebody needs to produce a Boycott/Atherton type innings to save this test.I don`t think we have anyone like that anymore.
