I blew my rear Diff. Its Easter. No hire cars available to get my family home. RACV paid their Branch $1000 to tow my camper and carry my family home. I will ride in the tow truck when it arrives.

Nah mate. I did not make it into camp. I noticed it was making a noised after strathmerton. Then went bang and it was over. Matty xame ans grabbed my camper. Nicko and i removed the tail shaft and we limped into Camp friday night. Set up and enjoyed the weekend. Dealing with it today.Quote:

My car is at HT's, used about 6 litres on the way home, I feel most of it is through the surge tank. Harry will investigate and let me know. He's still not convinced it's the head though. Possible hose under pressure or poor connection to hose at barb sucking air under heat. I'll keep my fingers crossed.
