I had the oven at 600 degrees the other night and cooked up some mean pizzas that were honestly delish but cracked the outer core of the oven which apparently is inevitable when working with clay and sand but still frustrates me...lol...Also cracked the inner layer but only minor which suprised me as I used Cement Fondu which is the bees Knees in heat resistance mortar.
My favourite one which I am claiming as a the "Ab Special" was Prosciutto, olive oil, goat cheese, bazil, garlic and paste....Awesome!!!
