how good is diesel /gas

hi all just wondering is it worth putting gas on my gu6 diesel
what are the benefits I KNOW YOU WILL SAY READ SOME ARTICLES ON THIS
but they are mainly writter by the companys who make them
has anyone got a system on their patrol
i would apreciate your imput
i have been quoted $4500 to do then rebate of $1500 still makes it prety expensive

Wow. What food for thought is that. One quick question. I guess with my Ute and the pod on the back, the only place I can put the gas tank is under the pod on the chassis?
Do u know if there are National Rules regarding positioning of gas tanks or are they state by state?

My mains diesel tank is about 90lt and my sub tank is about 75lts. It's an ex telstra truck (ute) 4.2 TDI.

Ross, there are national regulations regarding fitting gas tanks. A tank could be fitted inside your pod if you wanted, but it sounds like you don't. Fitting a tank underneath is definately possible, where you put it and how big the tank can be depends on how much space is under the pod.
