My winch is too heavy!

1992 GQ with 2 inch lift, I put in a heavy winch and a second battery, I now have a nose down at the front by 55mm..........compared to the rear.
If I want to get the Gq back to level should I get different springs for the front or can I use the 50mm poly spacers that I see advertised.
Whats the best option?
I am not real happy driving around with a heavy winch hanging off the front, I would gladly take it off, but as a seeker of the yellow metal I am often in the middle of nowhere alone and cant call a friend:feedback:

Only used it once, it is heavy and you have to man-handle in awkward places, don't need it on the driveway LOL.
Will be giving it a workout this weekend so can report on how hard it is to use next week.
Plus you can leave it at home when not going bush.
Used big anderson plugs to connect to battery and have cables running to the rear so can recover from that end as well.

Heavy duty springs definately a better option than spring spacers. With the extra weight of the winch and battery your front coil springs are compressed, over bigger bumps the springs can compress further to the point where they become a solid block (spring bind) transfering the shock directly to the chassis. While fitting spring spacers will raise the front of your car the possibillity spring bind is still there. Heavy duty springs on the other hand will give you the height and the load carrying capacity to handle the weight.
