If something new turned up looking like that I would be sending it back as well, who ever sent that out should be shot
-
Give it a bit of a brush off and whack it in. Just a bit of surface rust..She'll be right mate..
-
Mate mine came with a light oil and looked pristine I'd be tempted to send it back. I'd be concerned that the rust may bind up the little springs.
-
i would be sebnding it back if it has a chance of risting it should have been sent oiled thats like buying a shirt with a big stain on it
-
i would be sending it back too,,,,, mine turned up after 3 weeks but thankfuly it did not come with the free rust or score marks hope they refund as well as replace....
-
atleast u have pics as proof i would b cracking the shits and demanding free postage aswell seeing as the return isnt because of a fult to the product from wear but more like no quality control issue
-
Have you spoken to your supplier? If you have what did they have to say?
-
Yes macca, said to send it back so i have, see what happends i guess, just hope i dont have to wait a month (lol)

Ok got a replacement Lokka set out to me no problem, it still has a small amount of crud in the spring/pin holes, but looks easy enough to clean with kero (it looks like dirty machine compound or something, not rust)
Didn't worry about asking for postage refund, and they didn't offer, at least they sent the new one quick.
