GQ Spring rates

Hi Team

I am planning on a 2" lift with EFS springs and shocks. Are you guys able to advise me on what spring rate I should go for on the front and back? and are progressive springs worth it?

60% of the time its on the road as a car
15% towing (around 2.5ton)
15% medium - light off road
10% fully loaded with people and gear (probably around 350-400kg)

Also would 33" tyres fit? if so what offset would they have to be (landcruiser -23 ??)

For the front if you have a standard bumper or alloy bullbar you could choose light or medium springs. If you have a steel bullbar then medium springs, steel bullbar with winch then medium or heavy springs.
Rear I would think a medium rate with poly airbags. Airbags work well in situations like this where heavy loads are only carried intermittantly.

33" tyres should fit but may scrape a bit, not sure about which wheel offsets work best. You may need to fit front radius arm spacers to give the front tyres a bit more clearance.

Could you be a little bit more specific as to what "medium" and" heavy" mean, i.e spring rates in pounds per inch?

Most spring manufactures sell springs under the "light, medium, heavy" ratings, the actual pounds per inch specs will vary from one manufacture to the next and I don't know what they are.
