Oh mate that is Soooo Not a silly question... The question should actually be though => Why have Nissan NOT got a twin Turbo V8 diesel into our market yet to compete with the tojos as theirs have been on the market for nearlly 5 years i think and it is a smashing engine WTF!!!
ok then well surely someone on this forum must have modded theirs to fit an 8 in .
id like to hear from anyone that has put a chevy v8 diesel in their 'troll....especially if it was done at Bullet Cars....and has the supercharger.....
Trying to convince myself it is worth the conversion.
I have heard average feedback from the Chev as its a big donk and heavy, dont get me wrong its a killer!
It appears that for diesel, a Duramax conversion is the way to go if your going to pay for the conversion to be done. Big Bucks but 300rwkw and Blissssss.
f your happy to stick with Petrol then an LS1 or LS2 and your kicking butt.
Apart from the Duramax I'm not a diesel fan, Here's my Patrol.

Hope it works! build one if ya can, they go like stink! mine is makin over 400p with a cam and headwork on the inlets....was all done before i bought it i just bolted it all in!
