I have a welded a piece of box to the diff but what you need to do is measure the gap between the shock mounts at ride height, then flex it up and measure your compressed and extended shock lengths and you can work it out
it helps if you have access to a fork lift as you can get the wheel to tuck up to the approriate position, before the shock bottoms out (mine has about 10 mm of shaft sticking out under compression) then measure the distance between the diff and the bump stop then fill the hole
I have gone up a step in shock size currently and I am currently looking at getting 80 series bump stops as the are quite long . but as I said you need your extended,compressed and ride height measurements before you do anything
