Fuel tank on a motorbike

It holds the little tool kit pouch next to a jack in the boot or a tool kit for a bike under the seat
No bolts and nuts on the fuel tank? I guess if a bike gets out of gas there is no point in walking to the next gas station to buy a disposable jerry, right? Just undo the rubber band and take the tank with ya. LOL.Quote:

Your photo reminded me of a battery retainer on a bike In my shed. The rubber strap and hook in bracket is definitely to keep something in place but quick and easy to remove. A Jack perhaps? I’m not familiar with the Y60 setup.Quote:

This is pretty typical under a motor bike seat but often they just use 1. Most of the cars i have owned including the Y62 carried a small tool kit like this held down beside the jack and often with a rubber strap.Quote:
