Personally not a big fan of drilling into beaut wagon rear OEM cargo floors [emoji51]
In a past life found that simply cutting a say 19mm ‘Structural Formply’ shape to suit your desired floor plan and afix it via existing OEM bolt holes there within creates a perfect starting base [emoji106][emoji106]
Up to your good self thereafter with screw choices versus weight loads less than 19mm screw depth [emoji736][emoji736]
Cargo Barriers A MUST [emoji123][emoji123][emoji120][emoji120]

Agree. I have managed to have a combination bed/draws/storage (home made), frame to hold 2 jerrys (home made), and 2 fridge tie down points (home made) in the back of my Y61 wagon using only existing bolt holes all without needing a ply subfloor. And all have multiple fixing points.
Thanks Mate, I think I will opt for this, definitely don't want to be drilling holes into the floor if I can avoid it.
