Cam td42

I am rebuilding the motor for towing in my GU.
Could anyone please help me with some information on TD42 cams.
I am rebuilding my Silver top have new head going on.
Been advised my cam will need rebuilding or replacing.
I will be build the motor for turbo.
I have been told Nissan had a cam for Turbo motor and a different grind one for non turbo.
so if anyone could give me some help or point me to someone who cold help would appreciate it.

If its a silver top as you say then leave the cam at original spec. Silver top cam is the better one to use with a turbo on a td42.

Thank you for the information I will do that. All I need to do is find out were I can get one from as the one from my motor is beyond repair so now i will have to shop around and purchase one from some were either QLD, NSW,VIC.
