Piss easy. Springs and shocks. Six stubby job mate.
Raise front on stands, chock front diff on jack, disconnect front shocks and lower front axle with jack a couple of inches, install new springs and shocks. Raise rear on stands, chock rear axle on jack, disconnect rear shocks (from memory left rear upper may need a 45 degree socket piece ), drop axle with jack a couple of inches, install new springs and shocks. If only 2" lift brake lines should be ok but keep an eye.
Been a while but from memory that's how I've done it, yeah about 6 stubbies but be safe No. 1!! Or pay someone, dont get hurt so maybe drink stubbies later.
I have done it a few times, and it is fairly easy once you have done it before .... first time is always the hardest

These might give you an idea of what you are up for...
Been looking on YouTube but can't find anything, but sounds like a job I could do, just got to pick which to buy, Also need a winch lol. Thanks
I used those spring deformers so just lifted one side at a time , six stubbies is about right I reckon , I did replace my shocks at the same time but still have the same brake lines , although if it goes on the hoist the breather lines pop off .
As for tyres , what a way to start an argument but in my opinion 33"s and on a GU shouldn't have any rubbing issues .
got quoted $1150 for ironman foamcell 2 inch lift and Alignment fully loaded, Also Tyre price BFGoodrich KO2 $420 OR yokohama Geolander Go15 $370 buy 3 get one free so $277.50 ,Toyo open country AT2 $380 each what do you think ??
some kits $800 plus for Medium use ?? Might get a snorkel now lol.. Cash is going fast..
Thanks Dave
Just remember with your tyres if changing size , don't forget the spare .
Sounds good for the suspension, if that is the way you want to go ..... I have never used Ironman gear, but others have and have been happy.
On tyres, it depends on what you are doing with them, but I have found previously that the Yokohama's offer great grip but wear faster due to the softer compound to achieve that grip. Not a bad price though ....
I have used BFG's over quite a few vehicles and love them and think that I get my moneys worth even with the slight extra cost ... others love the Toyo's but I have never used them
