Hey all,
I know its illegal not to have them but how much of a big deal is it, ie: with cops etc?
I dont give 2 sh!ts about rego checks (nsw pink slips) as i may or may not know someone.
I was thinking of the Berklee full system at 4wd super centre at $650 i thought it was good value (im on a budget).

You can buy near on straight through CATs I have one fitted .
They will tear you a new one if caught, bad enough blocking the EGR.
In the end its your call but Id err on the side of caution and fit a race cat
or whatever they are called. The difference would be minimum IMO

Wack a hi-flow cat in and everyone wins
buying a cheap exhaust may end up costing you more than a quality one in the short term. eg boosting issues exhaust temp problems that one could cost a bit.
Going to go the berklee with cat an muffler.
