Iphone 4wd GPS Apps

Ok you little Iphone techys...lol

I just got an Iphone and currently spending my money downloading all these apps which is very addictive...lol

Can you get an APP for a GPS on the Iphone that runs tracks like Oziexplorer, etc or what is the best way to do this?

yes mate try mudmaps not a bad programme
from your main screen slide it to the right so you get the keyboard type in mud map and then search
mud map has a GPS waypoints all the fruit you could ask for
and it can be used at sea

I saw mudmap but it was free so thought it wouldnt be any good....Cheers mate I'll check it out now!!!

nah its really good but some maps cost
and to get them you buy a iphone credit card load that to your phone and away you go
have a look at ....maps .....i think it came with the phone , i use it everyday seeing my Nissan navigator spends more time failed than working hahahaha

yeah great till you have to sync it and after hr or so someone rings or sms and start again grrrrrrrrrrr does my head in sometimes. But still love it. BOM (beaureau of meteorology) Radar is a good app.also called rain radar also unit convertor km's to miles, inch to cm etc

5-0 Radio - free- police, ses,ambo,etc scanner
TuneIn Radio- free- all radio stations across Australia and world
Flashlight - free - a tourch if you get stuck without one
Pkt weather - couple of bucks but well worth it..tides, moon, radars, etc

I'm next to technomologily illiterate and i can use it no worries, my 3rd iphone always use this app. I work in construction and its saved my arse when the weathers about to come in. can see how far rain is away and wind speeds moving towards and away from a particular radar. Will be paying special attention to it on sunday coming with a crane on site lifting 68m into the roof of an essential comms building in Adelaide literally 2m from main tower.
