Hi all,
We are having a meet up in the church of patrology on saturday 31st May located in christmas hills Vic, next to Yarra Glen to talk bollocks and cook up traditional pizzas in the new earth oven.
Everyone is welcome, including kids and wives. My family will be there but my misses is heavily pregnant and will be lacking enthusiasm to drink beer and talk about patrols...lol
I just need numbers so I can gather how much to get. This will be an epic cook up using traditional methods and I expect everyone to make their own recipes and experiment with flavours just like the ninja turtles!!!
Kick off is lunchtime for making up the dough and aim to roast these puppies up at 6pm ish.

Anyone is welcome to stay the night. I have a large bungalow which is very clean and 11 acres if you want to camp.
I'm going all out with ingredients so we can just kick back all night, talk nonsense and create dozens of homemade woodfired pizzas...yummy!!!

ham, salami, eggplant, prosciutto, sun dried tomatos, egg, olives, anchovies, mozzarella, pineapple, sauces, basil, onion, spinach, rocket, chilli, goat cheese, garlic, oil, rosemary, spices, herbs, mushrooms, tomatoe, etc...anything else?
