I just went to fix some Rust in the qg Roof Sills.
Its that bad that someone has had a go before me and its 50% bog....
What is the Nissan Patrol Folks thought on Removing the Roof and doing a Bar work Style set up..

It looks ok on the 40 but not that other thing. What about just cut the gutters out altogether and weld new steel in the gap??
good idea as long as it looks a lot tougher than those panzy looking examples!!!!!! lmao

with roof sliders do you remove the gutter all together
