as you can see, the corner of bended fixing plate are cracked and throw the clearance between plastic bottom and radiators body cooler began to bleed.
I can’t found a new radiator here in Kz and in Nissan shop delivery time will be 3 weeks or more, so I found a guy who made a new brass bottom for it.
This is one solve for this problem.

are you going to replace radiator with a new one later on or just use the repaired one
because if it hasn't been soldered all over could have week joints in it

Did you re solder/weld the whole radiator or just fix the repaired bit?

G'day Wine_maker. I had to get a heater radiator repaired in an old passenger car, maybe a decade ago. All was fine for about 18 months, until one morning the damn thing burst. At the time, my wife, was doing 100 kilometres an hour, with my three children as passengers. The coolant and steam blinded her, momentarily, but she was able to stop. She was lucky that there were no other vehicles nearby. I still shudder at the thought of that incident. Please take my advice and get yourself a new radiator in the near future, as I would hate for the same thing to happen to you. Cheers MN.

Mudnut it is a horrible story! We all happy that this bad case have a happy end for your family.
After your words I will replace this one to the new one. But little bit later. 400$ is too much for me now, cost of engines rebuild was only 1 000$.

He change the plastic bottom to the brass pan and solder it with the radiators body. I asked him about another plastic cap of it and he said that he allready repairing radiators more that 15 years and in Nissan Mistral and Patrol always cracks only bottom and newer cap.

A sheet of copper and easy enough to make and end tank if need be
