Dose a 4.8l fit in to a gq

Any one know if the 4.8l will fit in a gq any info about it would be great

Yep, it fit's there's quite a few of them here in the UAE. In fact the general idea here is that just about anything will fit in a Patrol :D
I think the problem is the wiring loom, rather than the engine.
Personally, If I was gonna go to the expense of a 4.8, I'd look at something else like a Hemi or LS1
I love my 4.8, but having watched some v8 powered GQs climbing dunes today, I know it's limitations.
