Is my radiator cap broken and needs replacing ? 2005 zd30ddti

Hi Guys

Just had a look at the main radiator cap . It looks like its missing the bottom bit i'm not sure. I hope the bottom bit hasn't fallen off into the radiator !!
I compared the main cap with the plastic bottle cap . It looks different ? ( first pick compared to second one )

Advise please guys !

No but they should be the other way around.

I tried to put it other way round . doesn't fit

No your right ...:/ I mucked up on that one. But it's not broken that is how they should be.

ahhh thats why it doesnt fit lol
