Lpg 1990 gq

Hi Guys

My 90 GQ is running on LPG and Petrol. On gas it coughs and splutters like its being starved and wont run properly. It also stalls when stopped at traffic lights which is really pissing me off. I only run it on petrol atm im seeing mechanic on thursday. Would like to hear some ideas as to what it could be before I see mechanic.

It depends what sort of LPG system is fitted but it will most likely be either a mixer or converter problem. If you're lucky it will just need a tune.

Could be as simple as a tune or the seals in the converter could be gone!
What kind of ignition is on it ie. petronix ?
