Yes. But you need to do the whole assembly indicators/Parker as well.
From '98 to '03 the headlights and parker/indicator assemblies can be changed around the '04 onwards the guards, bonnet and grill are different. Hope that helps
I had ideas of getting rid of the glass lights and put the later poly carbonate ones on
Why??, when the plastic lenses go milky from the heat of the globes and dirt on them and become un roadworthy. I think that the '03 model lights have glass lenses with diamond cut reflectors unlike the earlier ones withe the lenses shaped to angle the beam.
The utes retained the same lights until 06.Quote:

04+ wagon and 07+ ute headlights will not fit unless you change the radiator support panel, bonnet, grille, guards and crowel. Only Series 1/2 and Series 3 are interchangeable with changing the indicators too.
