3rd gear crunching

Hi everyone im just new to this and just bought my first 4wd a few weeks back a 88 gq patrol and am having problems with 3rd gear crunching it only happens when the car is warmed up not when its cold I bought some clutch fluid and gear oil just not sure where it all goes and I dont want to wreck anything

Hi Luke, think three dogs probably right on the synchro being shot, welcome to the forum anyway.

Cheers still figuring out how to use this app any idea on a price to fix that kind of thing
