I've done some homework, so, please don't shoot the messenger - literally. lol
This is my understanding of light bars in WA, which is why I've been so cautious.
One light bar = one spot light. Two light bars = two spot lights.
Spotlights must be mounted in pairs, so in WA, you need to have 2 light bars mounted side by side - to be legal.
One, three or five spotlights are illegal, and the maximum amount of spotlights allowed is 4. If you have a set of spotties already mounted into your headlights, you're only allowed one set of two spotties, to make up the 4 spotlights.
So, it is illegal to have only one light bar and from my understanding, you are not allowed to have one big long light bar and put a divider in the middle to separate the one to become two.
I'm lead to believe that each light bar needs their own set of wiring.
