If you want to come to live best talk to Australian embassy and apply for a visa of some sort like working visa or permanent visa.

I guess just research it and find your options

Fastest and easiest way is to jump in a boat, let the customs catch you, then you'll be free board and lodgings for a considerable length of time........... joking



If you're thinking about emigrating have a good look here mate http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/booklets/booklets.htm......... plenty of info to be had, or maybe give your local Australian embassy a call. There are also agencies around that specialise in emigration.
