power steering in brake fluid res

So I had two bottles in my car that looked the same, one was power steering fluid and the other dot 3 brake fluid.
So in a rush I ended up putting the power steering fluid in the smaller of the two brake fluid res. ( I dont know whats the difference, maybe thats the rear brakes ).
So I started the car and drove down the road, realising as I looked at the seat next to me with the bottles on it, that I had made a massive mistake.
I stopped the car straight away, followed the line out of the brake res and found a plug to drain it, I refilled with brake fluid ( right one this time ) and flush it twice to that put just underneath and behind the engine.
what do I need to do to drain past this point, I dont want to start the car again untill its completely flushed and drained out.
Or is it best to get a mobile mechanic in to flush it.

if it is the brakes and you have a twin circuit booster. you need to flush/ bleed the booster then the load bias valve (above the rear diff) the the brakes starting at the passenger rear. (the longest rune of the brake circuit

The two res with the blue in em. They are both connected ( from what I can see ).

Ive attached a photo. I understand what your saying, so start from the furtherest point and work back towards the brake reservoir

thats the clutch. those hoses that connect the two are vacuum lines as both the clutch and brake boosters are vacuum assist.

So what would be my best course of action?

flush the fluid and bleed the system. there is a bleed nipple on the passenger side if the moter near the firewall,

Better pressure bleed the system or you will get air locks, if you don't know how best bet is to take it to a mechanic but remove the oil from the master cylinder before it gets to the "O" ring and it starts to leak. Don't play games with your breaking system if you have no experience !!!

yeah thats the plan, Ive booked a mobile mechanic to come bleed it all out as I dont want to start it or drive it to let it get through the system more.
A shitty mistake on a shitty day.. least I figured it out very very early..

Stop. Befor you go any further. if you have put any oil in brake or clutch systems, you will have contaminated
the rubber buckets in the master cylinder and they will deteriorate. you will have to get an O/haul kit and rebuild master cyl
and reverse flush system before re fitting master cyl so you dont get oil down into slave cyl or calipers.
