Does anyone know where the alternator regulator is located in the engine bay (I understand the alternator is externally regulated) as mine has just given up the ghost and is charging at 16.8 volts! Or what it actually looks like - a photo would be greatly appreciated.
NB - The alternator an original Hitachi Nissan and the regulator should cut out at 14.4 volts according the the specs.
