what have i got

gday everyone this is my first post i am wanting to know some details on my patrol this is the model number wygy60yft i have been told it is a 2.8ltr turbo diesel but i dont know what engine it is i think it is a td42 can anyone help as i need to service it but am not sure on the correct filters to get and also need a set of glow plugs but have no idea where to look as genuine nissan is around $600 but i am sure you could by bosch or similar any help on this would be appreciated

I got a set of glow plugs for a td42 for under $100 from super cheap auto (bosch). can you put up a photo of your motor it'd help to I.D it. There were 2/3 of stuff all factory turbo td42 GQ's could well be aftermarket turbo tho

cheers growler in my manual it says there are two disels one is the td42 and the other a rd28t does this make sense or do you think i could call the nissan dealer and give the vin and they may be able to help
