Ferrets freebies

Hi all, as you all are aware, sometimes I put up a freeby, be it by some piss weak competition or just because I'm feeling generous, I do this under no pressure, I have no need to push my product as every thing I sell is hand made and to perfection( my standards) and has a fantastic reputation.

Sometimes I get asked for a few items to be supplied for a charity, be it the flying Dr or some other worthy cause, I have no problem with this, you never know when you need help from one of these un financial services.

What really cheeses me off, is when I get asked to give some of my products in the name of a "charity" which I do willingly by the way and ask nothing, however a simple thank you would seal it for me.
Then there are those that say," I will pay into your account tomorrow" I take them at their word and post the item next morning, only to discover that they had no intention of paying in the first place.
The money does'nt worry me, it's just the piss poor attitude of some of the members on this forum.
If you really need one of my products and you can't afford it, please let me know.
You have probably noticed that the Ferret has not been so forth coming with technical info as in the past regarding 4x4problems, this is because I am PISSED OFF.

sorry to read you have had some bad experiences. Ones that seem quite common in the world of business. Do you reckon you see enough transactions to pick up a trend?

Someone else on here was complaining about e-bay time wasters.

What interests me are the people who don't do that kind of thing out of desperation, but seem to take some kind of pride in it. I worked with a bloke who was well paid, in all other respects a nice bloke and a helpful kindly kinda chap. But he made it a point to never, ever, pay for the work morning teas and such like, and to always have his snout in the trough. You may not know the kind of deal - every one puts in a couple of bucks, and people get together to shop for and assemble the spread. Fascinating. And he was one of the more highly paid life forms in that work area.

Others are rip off merchants in every aspect of their lives - out for what they can get regardless of the impact on anyone else. Mongrels.

I am sending you some positive vibes as I type this :-) (I must watch Kelly's Heroes again, to refresh my memory on Donald Sutherland's lines about negative vibes :-) )

I hope you feel more like your old self ASAP, Ferret, and Karma catches up with the others :-)

Come everyone, if you request something from one of our valued vendors and they send it to you before payment, ensure that you pay the money for the goods received.

This not only affects our vendors but also gives "OUR FORUM" a bad name and we will not tolerate that.

It s!cks when people don't pay up. You do what you do because your a good guy and people take advantage of it :( whilst here though. The back savers you make. What would it set me back for 2 as I have dual spares. I have a knackered shoulder so it's gonna be a shoulder saver for me. Cheers mate and hope everything sorts itself out

Fair dinkum I'd be bulk pissd off too. Time to stop doin nice deeds and no goods till $'s in your account mate! Frok em ya can't get goods anywhere else without coin so why from you. Tell em to get stuffed when they ask! But I do like your deflators but am going over seas for a bit itd be nice to see some in me letter box when I get home and I'm sure I'd have some Thai baht left over as payment at a later date ;-)
