That's a bloody good setup! My Pa has a similar setup in his ex-Telstra Patrol. He's about 7' tall though so extended the rear of the pod haha
thats a good setup, when you are in the doghouse with the old girl you will be comfy ha ha. I used to work for the big T and used to do a lot of bushwork in the nt and thats where we slept.
Old fellas need comfort hahaha
Lookin good there Rossco, nothin but 5 star all the way mate, nice work
Yappa Tappa Doo
so the stuffed dog is for when shes not there i take it, nice set up would be good for touring just pull up and sleep no setting up
Here's a pic of the bed I made by removing the drivers side rear split seat, this allowed me to get the required leg room (6f3i) tilt the front seat for sleeping and all is good! Window shade are a new purchase and have proven fantastic keeping the light out and also insulating against the cold glass! Bit squeezy for two, but perfect for single sleeping!
how’s the insulation go against the heat ?also who supplied them a name/ link would be great.
Been thinking of something like that for the rear 4 windows as I’ve got a clear rubber/plastic on my cargo barrier so the air-conditioning is more effective in the front though now I’m thinking the back may get hot and unnecessarily work the waeco harder.
When I'm by myself, I just chuck a swag in the boot. lol.
