It is a live feed of members instant chats. Everyone can see it but only forum sponsors can post in it.

It can be found on the top of the General Chat section or you will notice a link in the grey navigation section at the top of each page for the full page view.

As this will be hard to manage what information goes in there if anyone see's spamming then please let me know.
