MQ/MK Recovery Points Anyone?

Hi everyone, total n00b to the forum here (intro post coming soon!)

I just wanted to ask if anyone with MQ and MK patrols have had any luck with an off the shelf rated recovery point for the rear and front.

I have picked up my first 4wd, and it has nothing. The towbar is not a square hitch, and it hangs down below the bumper so I don't trust it in a recovery with a shackle through the hole.
Up front I have a bullbar and a winch but if there's no trees around I have no rated recovery point. There are however three captive threads in the chassis rail that seem to be an M16 thread, which leads me to believe they might be for recovery points.

So... Anyone had any success?
