Did you adjust your VNT after fitting zorst?
maybe it is spooling up too quick.
I would be fitting NADS asap if I were you blacky k, may save you some big $$$$$$$$$$ assuming it is a 3lt.

Check all parts near this work done.
May of split, pinched,bent, broken something.
Would of thought boost should only come on quicker with a good exhaust, not necessarily higher.

Is the boost consistant? You will gain boost with the bigger free flowing exhaust. As with the accelerating that will have to do with the boost compensated pump they are kinda there own worst enemy...
