It needs a shortcut made from CE system itself to point to the exe file like a normal computer short cut.
I forget how to do it but check out gpspassion, Ozi Explorer for info on creating it.

I run a 7" tab running windows CE and the GPS that the tablet came with. I have to break out of that and boot into windows to run Ozi. Bit of a pain but once your into Ozi there is not really a time...

I'm pretty sure the internals are different. You could check the manual on here and see if part numbers are the same for the 2 centers.
Benno7 h260 were in leaf sprung utes but were also fitted...

260 is larger than than the 233. Parts aren't interchangable as far as I know.

And the add pacs in the oil will degrade over time so fresh oil is the answer.
But this is only a fix if the oil is to blame, and not mechanical wear.

It was ben-e-boy's mate and your correct lucas I think they had it knocked down to 0.4 with good results, the 0.7 basically locked the rear diff.

Did yous back flush the engine block?
Drain and remove radiator flush it out in both directions untill clear water comes out.
Remove thermostat and drop in boiled water and see if it opens...
