Check your turbo pipes are tight on the turbo. Had this one a while back, similar symptoms.
Hard to track at idle. Only manifests at revs, was a lucky guess on mine.
Replace or repair the IC first I think then reassess. Other than this the exhaust manifold has possible warped or cracked.
Not sure mate, unless the crack has suddenly gotten bigger somewhere.
That was just my first guess as I remember when our work car 3L had a crack on the IC. The performance wasn't that overly down...
I'm sure you've done this but have you had a good inspection of the intercooler for any little cracks, etc?
Apparently the earthquake has caused 10 million dollars improvement to Frankston! :D
Haha I can't talk, if only you knew the suburb I live in!

Just through Google, I searched gu ARB rear bar install or something.
Maybe this will help?
Or maybe they won't. They're the fitting instructions for the bar but don't show a whole lot.
Might be of some use. Parts list shows 10 nyloc m6 nuts holding them on so I...
Sorry Brad, I don't. There is bound to be someone pop up here with the answer. Give it a couple of days them simply re-post with a 'bump' after the last post. Sounds to me like they are using a bolt...
Is there a nut or bolt head on the underside of the pivot point? I am sure you could get an answer from ARB. Looking at the 'thin/skinny' top plate I am guessing the pivot is bolted in. The top face...
RED from switch to Pressure switch
DK BLU from Pressure switch to relay
RED WHT from relay to Compressor
BLK WHT negative battery to compressor
...
So in that drawing the RED is coming from the switch pin 3 (positive from carling switch to pressure switch).
DK BLU goes from Pressure switch too Relay. Switched relay, relay turns on...
Red is positive from switch pin 3. DK BLU then goes from pressure switch to relay and is also a positive.
Your positive from battery to fuse, then to Pin 2 on ARB Switch and 30 on your relay.
Hi mate, not sure why yoy have drawn a buss bar but assume that is your relay or something. The pressure switch is tapped into the positive side of the supply. I would tap it in between the fuse and...
