Punch "gu patrol braided brake lines" into ebay search and you will get a few options.

I will do some testing on the weekend but have never had an issue on the pc other than having 2 wait a few secs for the link 2 be click-able .

If you're running it up the inside on the "A" pillar Jaycar sell
sticky backed Square pads that except a small cable tie.
Would make the job neat too. come in black or white.
