Search:

Classic symptom of a shagged Alternator or, if your lucky, a fault in the Alt wiring.
Check your Alt fuses, plugs etc and if all OK get the Alt tested

Had a similar thing that was dual battery system related after I bridged the solenoid to use the aux battery as a starter.

do you have a mulitmeter ? checking the voltage while its off then check it when the engine is running. should give you an idea if the alternator is working.

I've had it blocked for over a year now and unfortunately nothing I've tried has helped, it will come up regularly. I've noticed it pops up mostly when I put it under load, but I have a bluetooth...

It could be the chip fighting the dawes..
Have you had the car tuned to suit both setups and they are working together..
But imo the only maf to use unfortunately is ome..
Others seem to not last...
