How do you know the sensor in the gearbox is working?.
Have you checked the connector for corrosion?. Checked the harness thats runs down the gearbox for damage?

use a gps that has speed and then you can sell the patrol later with original km's lol
take out the instrument pannel and check that it is getting the message from the sensor

The first photo looks like, somebody stuck a drive socket in there and snapped it flush with the plug?? Maybe just me but thats what it looks like.

Your 'electrical technician' is an idiot, go somewhere else.
The item posted by 4bye4 is a very good solution if you don't run a seperate circuit.
Make sure you put it in the correct orientation...

That is a very bad wiring effort and WILL fail, it needs to be done properly with a crimped join or soldered .
As for grease points check the tail shaft uni's one or two pumps is fine the front...

Your rims are too narrow for a 265. Need to be 7-9 inches wide according to the BF Goodrich site.
235/85 r16 it is I reckon.

I don't know what its like in Saudi but I don't think there would be many tyre places (if any) over here that would be willing to fit a tyre thats over 4 inches wider than your rim. Your rim is 6...

The diameter of a 235/80r16 is 30.8 inches
In Australia the std size is 265/70r16. Its' diameter is 30.6 inches.

most here will have upsized to 285-75-16 from OE which here is 265-70-16 ?.
You'll get better fuel figures on the 265's

talk to your tire dealer he can put you in the right direction for size
or change the rims to 17 inch but tires are dearer
