Hey mate.
The REPCO ones will most likely do the job I guess, not had much experience with their glow plugs but there's a reason why the genuine ones last 340000 k's and more... Id say get...

Im trying to find it but yes steel rims would have a torque figure as well.
118-147Nm is the torque setting you require, maybe use the higher end of the two

Don't bother with a Dyno on these motors IMO. Unless you want to know the power output. You can road tune these motors pretty well once the NADs are in and save yourself the coin of a dyno.
