Not 100% sure in aussie, here in NZ most of them do so I'm assuming the same over there. It should be as easy as walking into the store, explaining you need a sim for your ipad, then discussing how...

if theyre on your computer, click on advanced, then the little paperclip simple, you can then up load them from there but you've got to make sure your pics are below a certain size
