Turn the tail shaft round end for end so the skinny part of the tail shaft is over the cross member. It's the common thing to do after a lift. I thought mainly for 4" lift & higher but all trucks...

You can remove the tailshaft and end for end it so the narrow section of the shaft is over the crossmember. Gives you a bit more clearance.
