Yeah mate very common problem with the auto hubs on a patrol,, it's happend 2 times with me on 2 different patrols, I pulled them out cleaned them and re greased them and Dosent change a thing.......

It should solve the problem, altho it won't repair wear in the IP, however I did mine over a year ago and still good.
Best to take battery out so you can get to the IP, stick the 0 ring to the plate...

I have 33" equivalents on mine, still have mudflaps on, no problems.

Yes no trouble. remove the front mud flaps and you will have heaps of room.
